I picked up my photos - the underwater camera wasn't great - and chose an Easter Island picture and one from Mexico as my free enlargements. Mikey's been carrying all my negatives with him; we're sending them home (registered post) today. We had an hour to wait for the enlargements so we had an ice-cream and packed some things to send home into a box. it was mainly spare clothes and some photos. Then we queued at the post office and sent six kilos of stuff home via sea mail (three months) and 30 packs of negatives separately.

We took our lunch into the park and had a picnic and I sunbathed for a bit. I woke up to be reminded that I'd not put any suncream under my chin. I read in the shade for a while, and then we bought food for supper and made it slowly. Mikey made the best mashed potato I've had in months. Then we watched a bit of television, chatted to some people and packed our bags for the morning and went to bed.
